Cidia had a successful and productive 32-year career with Verizon Corporation where she held hourly positions as well as management positions. She has extensive experience in working with the public and believes in good old-fashioned customer service with a smile. The first in her family to graduate from college, Cidia appreciates and believes quality education is important. Her management experience, leadership skills and education will greatly benefit the people of Tom Green County.
